Product Protection

Do your products come with warranty?

Yes, unless otherwise stated, each Expression sold product comes with a 12 month standard warranty. 

Are your products tested?

Yes, all products sold on Expressions have been tested to ensure that it is in a functional condition. All our products are safe. 

Unless otherwise noted on the product page, product warranty is 12 months starting from the date of shipment.

  • Within 2 months after shipment :

    Upon returning item to us, defective items are replaced and shipped back to customers for free. Proof of purchase is required.
  • 3 to 12 months after shipment :

    Upon returning, defective items will be repaired/replaced and shipped back to customers for free. Return shipping will not be reimbursed.

  • After 12 months :

    You may still send any defective products back to us. Shipping charges apply both ways. We will assess the problem and depending on the problem, fees may apply. We will contact you before committing repairs.
Parts not covered by standard warranties :

  • Consumables including but not limited to brushes, depletion of disposable or primary batteries, etc.
  • Parts naturally exposed to tear and wear including but not limited to puffs, brushes, etc.
  • Damages or degradations caused by improper operations including but not limited to torn cables, blown fuses, buttons due to improper use, etc.

 

Payment & Billing

What types of payments you accept?

We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Maestro, and Diners Club.

Are refunds and exchanges processed back to purchasing card/account?
Typically yes, please see our warranty page for additional information on product coverage, refund qualifications. 


Refunds & Exchange

At Expressions, we accept refunds and exchanges within 60 days of purchase. 

Reason for Return:  Return/Exchange Claim Filed By: Follow Up From Expressions:
Broken/Damaged Item Within Two Weeks of Delivery Date Exchanged for an Identical Functioning Product.
Incorrect Item Delivered Within Two Weeks of Delivery Date Shipment of Correct Item, Return Shipment of Incorrect Item.
Unsatisfied with Return Within 60 Day Money Back Guarantee Refund of your order total (less return shipping) 3-5 days after receive returned Item.

 

Returns:
We offer a 60 day money back guarantee on all our products. Should you be unhappy with your product/device, you can return the undamaged items to us within 60 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. In addition, the product must be in the original packaging as well as it's accessories.  To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.  

All shipping and handling charges do apply for returns if we are not at fault.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 60 days after delivery. Products/Devices were not modified, changed or altered in anyway. Consumables do not qualify for returns if they’re opened. Customized and wholesale/volume orders depend on a case by case basis.

Expressions guarantees customers will receive their orders safely. However, in the event any product/device is defective, we will replace it and cover all shipping charges incurred by you. You’ll need to reach us within five days of delivery to get an RMA and ship the product(s) back by way of the cheapest method possible. 

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-7  days.

Late or missing refunds:

If you did not receive your refund, pls check your bank account first followed by contacting your credit card company. Refund may take up to 15 days for processing. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at help@expressions.co 

Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or was delivered damaged.  If you have an item that you need exchanged with another of the same product.

Shipping:

If you are planning to make a new buyer must contact us to request for a return label. Return labels will not be mailed. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.  

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Warranty

All products have a 1 year warranty from the shipment date, unless noted otherwise on the product/device page.

After 3 months of being shipped – Spoiled items will be replaced and sent back to customers free of charge. There will be no reimbursement of shipping. 

 

Depending on the issue at hand, there maybe fees for repairing. Before commencing repairs, our customer service will get in touch with you. 

Non-Covered Standard Warranties Parts 

Consumables  Primary batteries, brushes, bulbs, etc.
Wear-and-Tear Parts Covers, buttons, tabs, etc.
Neglect & Improper Use Damage Blown fuses, cable damage, personalization customization, etc.

$3 CHARGE WITH PURCHASE SINGAPORE POST REGISTERED PARCEL WITH TRACKING.
5-15 BUSINESS DAYS

 

Once an order is placed on Expressions it is immediately queued for processing and shipment. Handling typically takes 1-2 business days before final shipment to you. 
All shipment are insured and carefully protected to ensure your satisfaction. Any issues with a package, shipment or product upon arrival or while in transit should be brought the attention of exps.co, by email admin@exps.co.

How long does it take for a delivery with the standard shipping?

Standard shipping typically takes anywhere from five to fifteen days after processing to be delivered to your door. This is entirely depending on your worldwide distance from the shipment origin. 

Are there any next day delivery options?

While there is not yet a next-day delivery on our products, we do have an expedited delivery option that will be for the consumers choice when presented upon cart checkout.
